Soundscapes Sessions

Soundscapes are sonic environments that provide a specific musical template to help enable the listeners to connect with deeper aspects of themselves.
It consists of a composition of sounds with melodic, harmonic and musical dynamics that create a meditative environment that promotes clarity, peace and presence which support an important background for transformation. The compositions use different sound and music therapy techniques as well as other vibrational healing approaches.
In order to let our inner energy flow coherently, our body needs to be in a relaxed and soothing state. This is the foundation for any treatment or therapeutic intervention to be successful. These soundscapes are structured in the same way. It has elements that subtly create conditions for our brain and body to tune into beneficial vibrational frequencies. This basis provides a platform for other layers of sounds to work in order to address the non-physical aspect of our bodies by creating emotional triggers with the use of specific harmonies and melodies. The whole experience will start to trigger specific aspects of the whole being, and the listener is advised to be with these aspects, to observe them while breathing, to meditate and, ultimately achieve clarity!
How it Works
Soundscape Sessions consist of one or several musical pieces designed to work certain aspects of ourselves, bringing them to light in order to be understood and addressed.
One of the aims of these sessions relates with balancing and stimulating a coherent flow of energy among the energy centers (chakras), and the Subtle bodies (aura).
The listener should be relaxed and present, and in a comfortable position - laying down or seated. These music pieces are designed to trigger emotions, it is advisable to be aware of the specific emotion and feeling that may arise at each piece. As one becomes aware of them, the objective is stay with it, know it while breathing and try to integrate it. Pay attention to any symptoms or resistances to specific sounds or ambiences or thoughts and emotions that may arise, and try to build a diagnose of your state related to the specific aspect that is being worked.
These compositions were created with the intention of healing and revealing any blockages or imbalances. Allow space for this to flourish by clearing our mind from any preconceptions or expectations, including from previous experiences with sound or music therapies.
It is important to be in quiet place where the listener won’t be disturbed during the duration of each exercise.
In the brain, new connections will be created and others reactivated, this may cause a sense of light headiness. Just giving it space and grounding it with the breathing helps. The intervals between each Soundscape should be used to ground things and integrate. It is advisable to take notes of changes one may have felt – making a description of how one feels before and after each exercise.
Using our Voice
Depending on the nature of the work to be developed in each session, the use of the voice may be suggested.
The use of the voice strongly enhances experiences and results. It has the power to reverberate the whole body at the frequency pretended for each exercise. When toning with our voice, it is important to direct the vibrations generated by the vocal chords to the area which is the focus of work..
